Karma Is Real!, interactive installation, 2024
This interactive projection installation explores the world after death, blending themes of religion,
Heaven, and Hell. When viewers touch the apple, the projector randomly displays animations of either
Heaven or Hell onto my sculptures and paintings, creating an immersive, cute yet dark scene.
Using the symbolism of rabbits—seen as both pure and sinister—the installation highlights the duality
of life and death. Rabbits connect to Hell through their burrows and symbolize renewal, suggesting death
as part of the life cycle. Through this series, I invite viewers to reflect on the eternal mysteries of existence.
Special thanks to Lau Joseph for making the amazing soundtrack and dubbing of the animations!
